iOS Engineer
A one-off, fixed-price contract to build the AiApply "Auto-Apply" iOS app end to end.
Native SwiftUI, continuing an existing codebase all the way to the App Store with real room to continue.
This is an open call for proposals: you set the price, and you only quote once we've sent you the complete project scope.
Responsibilities
Build the whole iOS app in native SwiftUI. Ship it to the App Store. - Native SwiftUI, iOS 17+. No cross-platform. No WebViews. - Native onboarding, full parity with web. - Offline-first. Actions queue and survive an app kill. - Paywall: RevenueCat + Superwall + StoreKit 2. Web subscribers skip it. - Push, deep links, analytics, full App Store submission. Backend's live. Codebase exists. You finish it.
Qualification
We want a senior native iOS engineer who can own this solo, a tight 2-person duo, or a small specialist iOS studio (senior people, no bench-warming). You live in native iOS, have shipped apps live on the App Store, and care about craft. Not a fit: cross-platform-only shops (Flutter / React Native), WebView wrappers, generalists, big agencies staffing juniors behind PM overhead, or anyone who needs a rewrite to feel comfortable. How we choose: We compare bids on price, skills & experience, portfolio, and fit (the questions you ask, availability). We pick the best overall value — not the cheapest. How to bid: 1. Reach out with a short intro, portfolio + App Store links, and availability 2. We send you the complete project scope - the full spec and a look at the existing codebase. 3. You send your firm fixed-price bid, now that you've seen everything the app must do and contain.
Required
Must be able to prove all of: - Native SwiftUI + Swift concurrency (async/await, actors), iOS 17+ - CoreData / offline-first sync - queued actions, conflict & retry handling - StoreKit 2 subscriptions shipped in production (RevenueCat / Superwall a strong plus) - Custom animations and gesture-driven UI, with a portfolio that proves it - Apps live on the App Store now that we can download, plus experience of App Store review Nice to have: APNS push, universal/deep links, PostHog, WKWebView, VisionKit/AVFoundation (QR scanning).
