Product & Growth Analyst
You will start by building a reliable and trustworthy data foundation. This includes auditing existing tracking, identifying gaps, and defining new events and metrics so that the entire team can rely on a single source of truth. You will work hands-on with PostHog, SQL, and analytics tooling to ensure that user behavior and key performance indicators are measured accurately and consistently.
Responsibilities
- As you gain a deeper understanding of the product, you will take ownership of defining core product and business metrics. Using product analytics, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis, you will uncover friction points and high-impact opportunities, especially in onboarding and early user churn. - A key part of your work will be experimentation and A/B testing. You will design, evaluate, and interpret experiments in a structured way, ensuring that results are measurable, interpretable, and comparable. You will apply segmentation techniques (e.g., user cohorts, device types, usage modes) and actively challenge assumptions to ensure only impactful initiatives move forward. - Beyond analysis, you will actively influence decision making and prioritization. You will translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, define success criteria for initiatives, and track outcomes using data-driven frameworks. Your work will directly shape product and growth strategy. - Over time, you will help establish a strong data-driven culture, where decisions are based on evidence rather than intuition. You will play a key role in connecting data, product, and growth, and may help scale analytics into a high-impact data function within the company.
