Responsibilities
What You’ll Own Build the viral content engine Create repeatable systems that consistently generate high-performing short-form content across every platform. Scale creator operations Recruit, brief and manage creators capable of producing exceptional UGC at high volume without sacrificing quality. Build distribution Create networks of clippers, repost pages, creator partnerships, meme accounts and communities that amplify every winning piece of content. Engineer virality Obsess over hooks, retention, storytelling, pacing, editing and audience psychology. Identify winners quickly and scale them aggressively. Build AI-first workflows Use AI throughout ideation, scripting, editing, testing and operations to dramatically increase creative output. Own performance Live inside the analytics. Constantly test new formats, creators, narratives and posting strategies to compound growth. Success Looks Like Organic social becomes one of AIApply’s largest acquisition channels. Millions of monthly organic views across every platform. A predictable system for producing viral content. An elite creator network that consistently delivers. Winning content formats that compound over time. AIApply becomes one of the most recognisable brands in careers. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has built or scaled large organic social accounts. Understands internet culture better than most people. Can instantly identify why content succeeds or fails. Thinks in systems rather than individual posts. Moves incredibly quickly without sacrificing quality. Loves testing, learning and iterating. Operates with founder-level ownership. Is relentlessly resourceful. Has exceptional creative taste. Bonus Points Built creator programmes. Managed large UGC operations. Experience with career, productivity or education content. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube algorithms. Built repost or distribution networks. Uses AI heavily throughout their creative workflow. Has hired and managed editors, creators or content operators. Qualification
A creative growth hacker with 4+ years of experience in short-form video production and a proven ability to engineer virality for SaaS products.
Required
- Proven track record of growing social accounts from zero to 100k+ followers or generating millions of organic views. - Deep expertise in high-retention video editing styles (Alex Hormozi style, fast-paced captions, etc.). - Experience managing a distributed team of creators, editors, or community members. - Native-level understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YT Shorts algorithms and community culture. - Ability to turn data-driven insights into creative content experiments rapidly.
