
CRM & Lifecycle Manager
We are seeking a data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Manager to lead our retention and engagement efforts, transforming how we communicate with millions of job seekers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and in-app messaging strategies to drive user lifetime value and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys to onboard, engage, and retain AIApply users. - Manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including strategy, template creation, and performance analysis. - Segment user data to deliver highly personalized content across multiple channels such as Email, Push, and In-app notifications. - Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate CRM tools and ensure data integrity across the tech stack. - Continuously optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing of subject lines, content, and send times. - Monitor and report on key retention metrics, including churn rate, LTV, and conversion rates for core AI tools.
Qualification
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex lifecycle funnels in a high-growth SaaS environment and is obsessed with A/B testing and personalization.
Required
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing at a B2C SaaS company. - Proficiency with modern CRM platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, or HubSpot. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. - Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization. - Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on driving conversions and maintaining a consistent brand voice. - Hands-on experience with user segmentation and behavioral triggering.
